Here are some of my favorite people and resources in this space. Just because I'm recommending it doesn't mean I endorse every little bit. Please read discerningly, and always involve wise and trusted people when making decisions.

Blogs & Podcasts

  • This website is a blog of sorts, and I publish my videos as a podcast feed as well, if that's how you like to listen or watch.
  • Roger McFillin has a blog and a podcast about these and other related issues. I especially like these articles of his:

Online Peer Support

This can be tricky. Surviving Antidepressants is the oldest forum on this topic, but it's closed to new registrations. There's a new forum at antidepressantrecovery.org. There are various large groups on Facebook, but they vary widely in helpfulness, and there are lots of words you can't say because of Meta's terms of service.

I offer peer support group calls here, and Angie Peacock also runs wonderful group calls. Please join my email list to be the first to know about these and other support options!
